Braised Lamb

Prepare lamb and radish

Prepare the seasoning and green onion, ginger and garlic

Stir fragrant seasoning and green onion, ginger and garlic over low heat

Stir-fry the lamb on high heat, and fry until it is colored

Add all the seasonings and stir fry. When the lamb is cooked, add enough hot water to simmer when the soup is thick.

Tips:
The garlic does not need to be chopped, the whole stewed will be softer and more delicious
