Braised Lamb

The lamb flies into the water first.

Saute the chives, ginger, garlic with oil and salt.

Add the lamb and stir-fry the stuffed buns.

When the lamb is stir-fried until the color becomes yellowish, add soy sauce and continue to stir fry.

Continue to stir-fry for 1 minute, add water (the water is level with the lamb), add oyster sauce and stir. Then move all the ingredients to the pressure cooker and press the lamb button. After boiling, you can add papaya for soaking according to personal preference.
