Braised Lamb Chops

8. Add 1/3 of the water that has submerged the ribs, this is a little more water. Add the hot pot bottom material. And pepper.

9. Finally, we put red peppers and carrots. Put the lid on the pressure cooker and start cooking.

10. Turn after the pressure cooker vents. Medium heat. Simmer for half an hour. If you have time to use a casserole, this should be simmered for more than an hour.

11. Lift the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Tips:

The side dishes inside can be matched at will. Potatoes and onions can be used. I want this dish to look good in color. It goes with this red, so red peppers and radishes of the same color are used.
