Braised Lamb Chops

Wash the lamb chops and blanch them with boiling water to remove the blood

Put the blanched lamb into a pressure cooker, add cooking wine, bay leaves, pepper aniseed, red pepper light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, simmer for 20 minutes

Place the stewed lamb chops in the pressure cooker for about 2 hours to taste

Then put the stewed lamb into an iron pan, add an appropriate amount of carrots, and simmer for about ten minutes.
5.
Ready to serve

Lamb chops will be simmered longer
