Braised Large Intestine

1. Wash the large intestine with salt.

2. Put it in a pot, add star anise, orange peel, ginger slices, and cook for 10 minutes on high heat.

3. Remove and drain, and cut into sections.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add rock sugar and ginger slices, and stir fry the large intestine until the surface is slightly browned.

5. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, appropriate amount of water, boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

6. Then transfer to the casserole, put the green onion knots, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, and the broth is heated to half.

7. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
