Stir-fried Large Intestine with Celery

Cut the large intestine into three sections and rub it with flour and white vinegar.

Put the sliced ginger in the water and bring to a boil. Cover the large intestine and cook for 10 minutes

After washing the large intestine head, cut the circle with an oblique knife. Remove the leaves and roots of celery, wash and control the water, and shred the ginger

Stir ginger with hot oil

Stir-fry the large intestine to get the oil

Cook in a little cooking wine to taste

Stir celery over high heat

Then add some light soy sauce, pepper and salt, and fry until the celery is broken
Tips:
When cleaning the large intestine, you must first cut into small sections, add flour, vinegar, and wash inside and out with water. Repeat about three times and it will be very clean. If too much oil is found, part of the oil can be removed when washing.
