Braised Lentils with Pork Belly

Prepare raw materials;

Cut the pork belly into 0.5 mm thick slices, and cut the lentils into sections with an oblique knife;

Pour edible oil into the wok, add the chopped lentils and make them until they are colored, then take them out and set aside;

Put cooking oil, garlic cloves and ginger slices into the wok and stir fry until fragrant;

Add pork belly and stir fry to change color;

Add the simmered lentils, stir fry, add salt to taste;

Tips:
Stir the lentils in advance until they are colored, and then simmer them, the lentils are easy to ripen.
