Braised Lettuce

Peel and shred lettuce, wash and dice pork belly, wash and chop ginger, garlic, pepper and shallots

Add oil to the pot. When the oil is 70% hot, add the chili, ginger, garlic and tempeh. After frying, add the diced meat and stir fry quickly

Add a small amount of water, pour in the shredded lettuce, cover the pot, and simmer for two minutes

Add appropriate amount of salt, mushroom extract and soy sauce, stir fry evenly, sprinkle with chopped green onion, ready to eat

Tips:
Don't simmer for too long, the lettuce will be crispy and tender.
