Braised Little Stupid Chicken (little Pheasant)

One whole chicken, you can cut into pieces according to your needs.

The whole chicken is ready for use. (The big chicken drumstick on the left is the lute leg I bought in the supermarket. See if the meat quality is much worse)

Fresh meat in a pot under cold water.

After the fresh meat is cold in the water, cover the pot and wait for the pot to be boiled.

Put pepper, bay leaves, cinnamon, aniseed in another pot for use. The picture above shows my consumption of chicken.

Then add a small amount of vinegar, appropriate amount of soy sauce and cooking wine to it.

A certain amount of plain water. The amount of soup must be less than chicken.

Prepared soup, set aside.

After boiling, filter out the impurities inside.

Remove all the chicken that has been filtered out of impurities and put it in the soup pot prepared in advance. Add scallions and sliced ginger and turn on the heat.

Cover the pot and boil on high heat, then change to low heat and simmer for about half an hour.

Put the cooked chicken in a non-stick pan to collect the soup. We only put salt and MSG in the soup.

In the process of collecting the soup on the fire, you can add the sauce according to the color you want.
