Braised Loach

Wash the loach and set aside. Pay attention to the internal organs in the belly. Peel a small dish of intact garlic cloves, slice ginger, and cut green onion into sections for later use.

Pour a little oil in a pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic, stir-fry on low heat until the aroma comes out, then pour in the loach and stir fry

After stirring several times, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, add water until half of the loach is submerged in the water, then simmer on high heat

After boiling, turn off the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, then collect the juice on high heat, pick up the pot, and serve a delicious dish.
