I stumbled upon this Long Li fish fillet when I was shopping for vegetables in the supermarket. Looking at the description, it said it was boneless. I wanted to try it. After it was cooked, it tasted really good. You can try it.

Braised Long Lee Fish Fillet

1. Defrost the bagged Long Li fish fillet (500g)

2. After the defrosting is complete, cut the fish fillet into pieces.

3. Pour a little cooking wine

4. Pour in some light soy sauce

5. After stirring, marinate for 15-20 minutes and set aside.

6. Chop the green onion and garlic.

7. Wait fifteen minutes or so. After heating the pan, pour a certain amount of cooking oil.

8. Fry the Long Li fish fillet until golden brown on both sides and remove it.

9. After removing, pour the chopped green onion and garlic into the pot and sauté.

10. Add half a spoon of salt, half a spoon of chicken essence, half a spoon of sugar, a little light soy sauce, and then add the starch prepared in advance.

11. Finally, pour in the fried fish fillet and cook for a while.

12. When the soup thickens, pick up the pot and put it on a plate.

13. That's it
