Braised Lotus Root with Pig's Trotters and Soybeans

Prepare the ingredients and soak the soybeans in water overnight.

Boil the trotters out of water and set aside.

Pour oil in the wok, stir-fry the rock sugar to form a sugar color, add the blanched trotters, add star anise, garlic, and ginger slices to fry them until fragrant.

Pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, braised sauce, and stir evenly.

Add lotus root and stir-fry evenly.

Finally add hot water, submerge the trotters in the water, bring to a boil on high heat, add salt and vinegar.
