Braised Lotus Root with Pleurotus Eryngii

Tips:
1. Electric pressure cooker, heat slowly, don't worry, stir fry slowly.
2. Pleurotus eryngii, lotus root, did not buy too much, so I used two.
3. Stir-fried pleurotus eryngii will have soup, and the electric pressure cooker will not eat much water, so be sure to add less water.
4. Pleurotus eryngii and lotus root are not easy to taste, use an electric pressure cooker to do so, the taste is very good 😄
