Although there are many fine spines, the meat is fresh and tender. My family likes it!

Braised Mackerel

1. Clean up the mackerel, remove the head, wash the two sides covered with flour

2. Put the golden fried in a frying pan to prepare light soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine to blend the sauce

3. Put the right amount of base oil in the pot, add the green onion, ginger, chili, garlic cloves, and saute the pot into the fried mackerel, pour the sauce and simmer, then add the right amount of water, add salt, and simmer for about ten minutes.

Tips:

1. The soup should be under the fish. When collecting the juice, pour the juice on the fish with a spoon to make the fish taste positive;
2. Because of the frying process, 1500 grams of vegetable oil should be prepared.
