Braised Mushroom Tofu

Take a small bowl, add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of water and a half-spoonful of starch, and set aside.

Cut the tofu into small pieces, and cut the shiitake mushrooms with a flower knife.

Put the water in a pot and bring to a boil, scald the mushrooms and remove them.

Pour out the hot mushrooms, add some oil to the pan again, and fry the tofu until golden on both sides.

Tips:
Both the Pixian bean paste and the sauce have a salty taste, no need to add salt.
