Braised Mushroom Tofu

1. The main material.

2. Take a small bowl, add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of water and a half-spoonful of starch, and set aside.

3. Cut the tofu into small pieces, and cut the shiitake mushrooms with a flower knife.

4. Put the water in a pot and bring to a boil, scald the mushrooms and remove them.

5. Pour out the hot mushrooms, add some oil to the pan again, and fry the tofu until golden on both sides.

6. The fried tofu is served.

7. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot and sauté the minced garlic.

8. Add a spoonful of Pixian bean paste and stir-fry to get the red oil.

9. Add the fried tofu and stir-fry carefully.

Tips:

Both the Pixian bean paste and the sauce have a salty taste, no need to add salt.
