Braised Mustard with Mushrooms

Ingredients. Soak the mushrooms, scallops, and dried shrimps in advance, cut the salami diagonally, slice the ginger, and remove the garlic and slice it.

Take half of the jelly and cut into half. Removing the heart of jelly can reduce the bitterness.

Boil water, add a little sugar and edible alkali to melt.

Add the vegetables to the blanching water for 1 minute, remove and drain the water.

Stir the shiitake mushrooms in a hot pan.

Saute the mushrooms, set aside and then saute the scallops and shrimps.

Finally, saute the sausage, ginger and garlic.
