Braised Naan--shrimp and Mixed Vegetable Pizza
1.
Mix flour, baking powder, eggs, olive oil, sugar, warm water, and appropriate amount of salt to form a dough and ferment for half an hour. Prepare pizza toppings, fresh shrimp, asparagus, green peppers, bacon, mixed vegetables, onions, etc.
2.
Prepare the ingredients for the pizza sauce, mince onion and garlic, and cut tomatoes into small cubes.
3.
Put a little oil in the pan, add onion and garlic, stir fry, add tomato sauce and tomato diced, cook the water in the tomato, add pepper and basil and appropriate amount of salt.
4.
Continue to cook until it thickens and the pizza sauce is ready.
5.
Divide the proofed dough into two portions, roll one portion into thin slices and place it on a nine-inch pizza pan. Use a fork to make small holes to prevent foaming. Bake for seven or eight minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
6.
For the scones, cut the asparagus, bacon into cubes, onion and green pepper into small pieces, and the shrimps are peeled and blanched.
7.
Take out the crust and coat it with pizza sauce, and sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
8.
Place shrimp bacon and vegetables in order, and finally sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
9.
Put it in the middle of the preheated oven and bake it at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. This crust can be used to make two 9-inch pizzas. 2. If you like cheese, you can put more.
