Braised Noodles

1. Heat the pan, add some oil, stir-fry the onion, garlic, ginger, pour the vegetables, then tomatoes, cover the pan

2. Add some boiling water and pickle the vegetables. Roll out the noodles and cut the noodles, apply some oil to avoid stickiness

3. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes
