Braised Noodles
1.
Slice pork
2.
Wash the beans and cut them into small pieces (first cut into two long strips from the middle, and then cut into small pieces). If it is troublesome, you can also break into small pieces directly
3.
Wash and dice tomatoes
4.
Scallion, ginger, garlic, dried chili (if you don’t like spicy food, you can leave out chili)
5.
You can make the noodles by yourself or buy them. Cut the noodles into lengths of about 10 cm, and pour some cooking oil on them. Grasp the noodles evenly so that the noodles will not stick to one piece during the braising process.
6.
Put oil in the pan, heat up, add pork and stir fry
7.
After sautéing changes color, add green onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili, stir fry and add some light soy sauce
8.
Then add the beans and tomatoes, stir fry for a while, add light soy sauce, salt
9.
Put the prepared noodles on top of the dish (you can put a grate between the dish and the noodles, or leave it alone), cover the pot, and simmer on low heat
10.
About 8 minutes, open it and see, if the vegetable juice is dried, it will be fine
11.
Chop 2 cloves of garlic into minced garlic and pour in vinegar. If you think there is less salt in the dish, you can add some salt to this
12.
Pour in the prepared minced garlic, mix well and it will be out of the pot
13.
Ready to eat
Tips:
It’s important to put the oil on the noodles and the last minced garlic
