Braised Noodles in Iron Wok

Wash the beans and drain off the water.

Cut the oiled beans into shreds, cut the pork belly into slices, and chop the green onions.

Put a small amount of oil in the cast iron frying pan of Gui·He ware, and stir-fry the pork belly.

Stir-fry pork belly until spitting oil, add shredded beans and stir fry.

Stir-fry the beans until they change color, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, dark soy sauce, pepper noodles, and stir-fry evenly.

Add water over the beans.

Spread the cut noodles on the beans, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Turn the cut side over after 5 minutes, close the lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
