Braised Noodles with Beans

Prepare ingredients: pork belly, string beans, noodles.

Prepare light soy sauce, white wine, old soup, five-spice powder, dried chili, minced ginger and garlic, and sugar.

The kidney beans are pinched to remove the root tendons and break into pieces.

Cut the pork belly into small pieces.
