Braised Noodles with Beans

Wash the beans and cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Put a little oil in the pot and add the peppercorns until fragrant.

Add pork belly and stir fry.

Stir out most of the fat in the pork belly and turn it into golden brown.

Add the beans and stir fry.

Stir-fry the beans until they change color. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar and chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of water, soak the beans, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Steam the noodles for 10 minutes during the stewing time of the beans.

The beans are stewed.

Spread the steamed noodles on the beans and simmer for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, boil the pan, use chopsticks to scatter the noodles, add minced garlic, and mix well.

The food is ready and delicious.
