Braised Noodles with Beans

Put oil in the pot, sauté the green onion, add the beans and stir fry, pour in water after a minute, add the soy sauce and stir evenly.

Cover the pot, wait until the soup boils, and then remove the soup. Add half of the noodles and drizzle with oil. Add the other half of the noodles.

Put some soup in a spoon and simmer the noodles over low heat.

Add the soup several times and continue to simmer the noodles over low heat.

When the noodles are cooked, sprinkle in the minced garlic and stir fry evenly.

Out of the pot ✌Put in some chili oil to make it more fragrant!
Tips:
The water should be added several times and simmered over a low heat to avoid pinching.
