Braised Noodles with Beans
1.
Beans, green onions, shredded, garlic and ginger sliced
2.
Shred the chicken breast, add salt, soy sauce, and starch, and marinate for five minutes
3.
Mix the flour with a spoonful of cooking oil and warm water (I made two servings, a small bowl of flour). Add oil to the dough to make the dough softer.
4.
After waking up for five minutes, roll out into slices about three millimeters
5.
After rolling into a thin layer, apply a thin layer of oil, and fold in half (the width of the dough should not exceed 10 cm, otherwise it will be too long to cut after folding)
6.
Cut into about three millimeters of noodles
7.
Stir-fry chicken shreds at medium temperature. When the color changes, it's cooked, and it's ready
8.
Put oil in the pot and sauté the scallion, ginger, garlic in 70% of the heat
9.
Saute the green onion, ginger and garlic, add the beans and stir-fry, add appropriate soy sauce
10.
Pour in water and simmer the beans for five minutes. The amount of water should not exceed the beans.
11.
Simmer the beans for five minutes, add the noodles and shredded pork. Braised over medium heat
12.
The water dries and the noodles are slightly browned. Add a little cumin powder and cumin grains. Stir evenly to get out of the pot
13.
