Braised Noodles with Beans

Clean the kidney beans, remove the ends, break them into small pieces. Peel potatoes and cut into strips as long as string beans, slice sausages into thin slices, and slice garlic into slices.

Heat the wok, add the salad oil, and fry the sausages on a low fire to get the oil.

Add garlic slices to explode the aroma.

Add the side dishes and stir fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, add boiled water, dipped vegetables, and season with salt. Bring to a boil and prepare half a bowl of soup for later use.

Tips:
1. Prepare the soup in advance and sprinkle it on the braised noodles to taste better and the noodles will not be too dry.
2. Sausages can be replaced with other meats with the same taste.
