Braised Noodles with Beans

Cut beans into shreds, slice pork, mince ginger, green onion and garlic

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot to heat

Stir-fry the meat slices with seasoning

Add the beans and stir fry for 3-5 minutes

Add the right amount of water and simmer the beans

Take a part of the stewed bean soup

Sprinkle the noodles evenly on the beans

Cover the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes, and the dough will be cooked.

Sprinkle the soup evenly on the cooked noodles

Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly into the pot
Tips:
1. The beans must be braised. 2. The noodles can be sliced or rolled by yourself. The noodles made by yourself are more delicious. 3. You can add any dishes you like, as long as you control the heat.
