Braised Noodles with Beans

Pick and wash the beans, cut into pieces

Wash pork and cut into pieces
3.
Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic for later use

Boil the cut pork to remove blood foam

Put oil in the wok, sauté the onion, ginger, garlic, then pour the pork and soy sauce

Pour in the cut beans

Pour the fried dishes into the rice cooker, add water to the dishes

Cover the noodles on the dishes and spread them as evenly as possible; turn on the automatic cooking program

When the time is up, open the pot, use chopsticks to scatter the noodles, mix well with the vegetables and soup below, and if you like, you can put some raw garlic in it for seasoning and fragrant.
Tips:
Use a rice cooker to cook noodles with less water loss, so you don’t need to put too much water. You can put more if you like moist noodles.
