Braised Noodles with Beans

Wash and break the beans, slice the pork belly, cut the green onions, pat the garlic with a knife, and slice the ginger;

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, add pork belly and stir fry to get the oil, add dried chili, green onion, ginger slices, garlic, and star anise into the pot and stir fry for a fragrance;

Add cooking wine, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce to the pot and stir fry a few times;

Add the beans and stir-fry for a while, pour in an appropriate amount of water, and the water will not pass the beans. After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and simmer for about 5-6 minutes;

Add the noodles, use chopsticks to scatter and spread on the beans, cover the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes;

The noodles are simmered and cooked over high heat to collect the sauce, and then serve on a plate;
