On busy workday mornings, I always prefer a simple and quick breakfast method, and noodles are one of them. My family eats noodles at least three times a week. Tomato and egg noodles, shiitake mushrooms and minced meat noodles are delicious for adults and children. This is the first time this pot of braised bean curd noodles are made today. The way of braising makes the noodles rich and delicious, the beans are soft and rotten, and the pork belly is delicious. It saves time, and one less pot, haha, it's a lazy mother's favorite!

Tips:

1. It is best to use fresh noodles to make braised noodles. I buy bean noodles from the supermarket, which have some special smells. If you are not used to it, use the original flavor.
2. The simmering time is determined according to different noodles, the size of the pot, and the amount of water. Observe and be careful to stick the pot at any time.
3. The sugar is used to increase the umami taste, and it can also be omitted. The salt can be added last and adjusted according to your own taste.
