Braised Noodles with Beans

Prepare the ingredients first, cut the beans into sections, slice the pork belly, pour the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce into a small bowl and mix thoroughly.

Heat oil in a pan, add pork belly slices, stir fry until the surface changes color

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the carob segments, and stir-fry on high heat until the surface is wrinkled

Pour the fried pork belly slices into the pot and stir fry evenly.

Pour the pre-adjusted sauce into the pot and stir quickly evenly. Then add two large bowls of hot water to the pot.

Add a spoonful of white sugar and a spoonful of salt to the pot, cook for a minute or two, then serve a bowl of soup.

Shake the fresh noodles, then spread them evenly into the pot, cover and simmer for eight minutes.

Open the lid, stir the noodles and vegetables evenly, and then pour the bowl of soup that came out before, stir evenly, continue to cover the pot and simmer for about three minutes.

If you like to eat green onions, you can sprinkle some chopped green onions before serving, and you can omit those you don’t like.
Tips:
1. It is best to use fresh noodles to make braised noodles. I buy bean noodles from the supermarket, which have some special smells. If you are not used to it, use the original flavor.
2. The simmering time is determined according to different noodles, the size of the pot, and the amount of water. Observe and be careful to stick the pot at any time.
3. The sugar is used to increase the umami taste, and it can also be omitted. The salt can be added last and adjusted according to your own taste.
