Braised Noodles with Beans
1.
There happens to be ready-made pork slices at home, so if my husband wants to eat them, he can make them.
2.
Prepare the right amount of pork and cut it (you can replace it with your favorite meat)
3.
The amount of beans I prepared is shown in the picture, I prefer to eat beans
4.
Cut and prepare
5.
Three potatoes
6.
You can cut hob cubes or slightly wide potato chips
7.
Scallion, ginger, garlic, dried chili (can be put or not)
8.
Prepare the noodles by hand (you can do it yourself, very quickly)
9.
Add oil in a hot pan, put ginger in the hot oil, sauté the pork slices or shredded pork,
Add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy, color the soy sauce, season with a little salt, stir-fry the meat evenly and remove it for later use (I thought I took the photo when I recorded it today, but the photo was not taken at all.
10.
Pour in shallots and dried chilies until fragrant,
Put potatoes and beans and stir fry evenly,
Add a little light soy sauce and salt to taste (salt can be added a little bit more than stir-fry, because hand-rolled noodles have no taste),
Add water, no need to cook, bring to a boil, put a little five-spice powder to taste
11.
Turn to medium heat, take an empty bowl to remove 1/3 of the soup, spread the noodles evenly on the dish, cover the pot and simmer for 15-20 minutes (you can feel that the soup is almost gone)
12.
Open the side of the pot and pour the soup you just picked up
13.
Put in the minced garlic, cover the lid, and simmer for about 5 minutes (the first time you make it, be careful not to simmer the soup)
14.
Save some soup and quickly stir and mix it evenly out of the pot. In the last step, I still don’t put the chicken essence. Friends who like it can add some chicken essence before it is out of the pot and mix it evenly.
Tips:
The last picture is the braised noodles with shredded chicken and beans, just replace the meat with shredded chicken, and it’s delicious.
