Braised Noodles with Beans

Cut beans and carrots into pieces and long strips, chop green onion, ginger and garlic, and slice meat. Shorten the braised noodles to about 10cm.

Pour oil in a medium-to-small heat pot, add pork slices, stir fry, add salt and cooking wine soy sauce.

When the meat changes color and the surface becomes golden yellow, add green onion, ginger, garlic and sausage to fry until fragrant.

Add the beans and carrots, stir-fry for about 3 minutes, until the beans turn green, then add a spoonful of salt.

Add water just so that the beans are almost over, and bring to a boil

Spread the noodles evenly.

Turn to medium and low heat, cover and simmer, open the cover every 7 minutes to check the condition of the juice. Around 14mi, the juice is harvested as shown in the picture.

You can mix well, and after tasting, you can add salt or sugar to taste according to your personal taste.

Tips:
It is best to set an alarm during the braising process so as not to dry up the pot.
