Braised Noodles with Beans

Knead a piece of dough, make it harder, roll it into slices, then cut into noodles, sprinkle more flour, and don't let them stick together.

Stir the scallions, ginger, and garlic in a frying pan, add half a spoon of soy sauce, pour in the beans, stir-fry until 5 minutes cooked, pour in water to cover the beans and the noodles to be added. (The amount of water should be controlled well, and it should be level with the noodles, if it is less, it will be mushy, and if it is more, the noodles will not be chewy.

Slowly shake the noodles in so that they are on a horizontal line. Cover the pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

When the time is up, remove the cover, stir fry to make the noodles and beans evenly mixed, and take it out of the pot.
