Actually I like to eat braised noodles, but I have never made this noodles myself. The main reason is that I am afraid that the noodles will become simmered. This time I happened to have some fresh beans and noodles at home, so I just came to try the famous noodles with beans.

Braised Noodles with Beans

1. Carob, Wash and Cut

2. Put the beans in the pan and fry until the surface is slightly burnt

3. Pour in light soy sauce, oil consumption, seasoning and color

4. Add water, cover the beans and bring to a boil

5. Put in the fresh noodles, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat, and simmer until the noodles are cooked

6. While simmering, stir with chopsticks and then add the poached egg

7. Sprinkle a handful of chopped green onion before boiling

Tips:

1. For the fresh noodles I use, if you use alkaline water noodles, you can cook aside before adding them; \n2, noodles and beans can be adjusted according to each person's food intake.
