Braised Noodles with Beans

Prepare ingredients: Longxu noodles, beans, chives and other ingredients;

Remove the pods from the beans, wash them, and break them into sections by hand;
3.
Boil water, add the noodles and cook until soft, remove, add oil and mix well;
4.
Heat the pan, pour the oil, add the beans and stir-fry until they are ripe;
5.
Add the soft boiled noodles, add appropriate amount of hot water and simmer over medium-low heat;
6.
Boil the water to dry, add salt, soy sauce, and chives, and stir-fry. PS: I like to eat noodles with water, you don’t need to boil them dry.
Tips:
1. Longxu noodles are small, easy to segment, and can be fished out after boiling soft;
2. The bean pods should be removed from the beans, which have small poison;
3. If you like to eat dry, boil the noodles to dry.
