Tomato and Egg Noodles

Thinly slice the tomatoes, beat the eggs and add salt. Put oil in the pan, pour the egg liquid and fry it to the side, put the tomatoes in the pan, fry it, and add water. Add some dried noodles after boiling, add light soy sauce and chicken essence before serving.
Tips:
I cooked the noodles first, and added the cooked noodles directly after boiling, because I was afraid that the eggs would not taste like too long. You can also add more salt to the eggs so that they can cook for a longer time.
