Shaanxi's Longxu noodles are very famous. They are paired with Shaanxi's balsamic vinegar to make a bowl of sour noodles. It is delicious and nutritious. It can be used as a baby food supplement. It is also a special breakfast for my husband's marathon.

Ingredients

Sour Soup Longxu Noodles

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, grease the non-stick pan, pour in the egg liquid, and spread into an egg cake.

3. Cut into even diamond-shaped pieces for later use.

4. Chop the leeks and set aside.

5. It's a very important step to raise the pot and burn the oil until it smokes.

6. Pour the balsamic vinegar.

7. This step is called "Vinegar", an important step for sour noodle soup.

8. Immediately pour in the right amount of boiling water, about 1.5 liters

9. Add salt, five-spice powder, chicken powder, and sugar to taste. After boiling, simmer for 2 minutes on low heat to add more flavor.
