Braised Noodles with Beans

Buy wet noodles for later use

Wash the beans and break off the 3-4 cm section for use

Soak the bacon in water for more than one hour, wash and cut and set aside

Cut green onion into sections for later use

Stir-fry the shallots in a hot oil pan, add bacon and stir fry

Then add the beans and stir-fry for a while, add soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt and mix well

Add appropriate amount of water to the surface of the beans. Cover and simmer until the beans are cooked. Pour the soup into a bowl and set aside.

Spread the beans on the bottom of the pot, add the noodles, add in two times, spread evenly on the beans, spread a layer of noodles, and pour the freshly poured soup on the noodle

Cover the medium and low heat and simmer slowly until the water in the pan is almost dry, then use chopsticks to mix the noodles and beans, pour sesame oil and mix well
