Braised Noodles with Beans and Cabbage
1.
The first step: prepare the ingredients. Prepare the main ingredients for the stewed noodles with beans and cabbage. Break the beans into about 2 inches long. Cut the potatoes into strips, the cabbage into slightly wider strips, the pork into strips, the red peppers into strips, and the green onions, ginger and garlic.
2.
The second step: fried meat. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot. When the oil is 80% hot, add the fatter pork strips first, fry the fat oil in the pork, and then add the green onion, ginger and half of the garlic to fry, and then add Add a little cooking wine, aniseed powder and soy sauce to the remaining pork strips and continue to stir fry. If the pork cut is as fat and thin, it can be cooked at the same time.
3.
The third step: put the beans and cabbage. Put the beans, potatoes and half of the red hot pepper in the pan and stir fry for three minutes.
4.
The fourth part: add water and salt. Add water to the pot, the water level is slightly higher than the vegetable, and at the same time add an appropriate amount of salt to taste the saltiness of the soup. Generally, the soup should be slightly salty, and then there is no need to add salt. Cover the pot to a boil.
5.
The fifth part: add cabbage. Add the cabbage after the water has boiled and mix well.
6.
Step 6: Braised noodles. Spread the noodles evenly on the dishes. Cover the pan and simmer for 8 minutes.
7.
The seventh step: out of the pot. Add the remaining garlic and red pepper when it comes out of the pan, and mix well.
Tips:
When braising the noodles, do not open the pan, and be sure to braise them all at once.
