Braised Noodles with Beans and Pork Ribs

1. Prepare the raw materials, blanch the ribs first and remove them for later use.

2. Pour oil in the pot, add red pepper, ginger slices, garlic cloves and stir fry until fragrant.

3. Then add the blanched ribs, pour in the cooking wine, light soy sauce, and soy sauce and fry until evenly colored.

4. Add appropriate amount of boiling water, surpass the ribs, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

5. Simmer until ribs 8 are mature, add the beans, season with salt and pepper, and simmer again over low heat.

Tips:

I use a medical stone non-stick pan, so when making braised rice, the braised noodles are not sticky, very easy to use!
