Braised Noodles with Cowpea Pork Belly
1.
Cook the pork belly first, then cut it into thin slices, stir-fry in the pan
2.
Stir fry until fragrant and oily, and the meat slices turn brown.
3.
Stir-fry the pork slices until the oil becomes yellow and you can put the prepared cowpea, and then continue to stir-fry until the cowpea is almost the same color, put the light soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry with salt
4.
After the cowpeas have the same color, pour some water into the pot, just submerge the cowpeas, and then cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
5.
After the cowpea is boiled in the pot, spread the noodles on top of the cowpea one by one, and then continue to cover and simmer for a few minutes. Remember not to stir at this time.
6.
If the lid of the pot continues to smoke, you can lift it off, then stir-fry the noodles and cowpea until they are evenly cooked and the pot is ready.
Tips:
During the whole production process, except when the cowpea is fried, it can be boiled on high heat. After the noodles are put in, the heat should be turned down, otherwise it will be easy to batter.
