Braised Noodles with Cowpea Ribs

Take the fried ribs out of the refrigerator, and cut the cowpea into small pieces.

Take the noodles out of the refrigerator.
3.
Put a small amount of oil in the pan, sauté the garlic slices, add the cowpea segments and fry until 80% cooked.
4.
Add appropriate amount of water, ribs, and salt to a boil.
5.
Put in the noodles.
6.
Cook the porridge over high heat until the soup is almost exhausted, and the noodles are cooked soft and out of the pot.
