Braised Noodles with Homemade Beans

Cut the beans into sections, cut the potatoes into small pieces, and mince the onion and garlic.

When the oil is hot, put the star anise and fry it until fragrant, remove it and discard it, add the pork belly, stir-fry white and add soy sauce, sugar, pepper powder, salt, and oyster sauce. Continue to stir-fry.

Add the beans and potatoes and stir fry

When the beans and potatoes are half cooked, add water and boil until the water boils for three minutes

Add the noodles, turn the noodles in two minutes

After the noodles are 80% cooked, the soup is almost ready. Turn off the heat and simmer for two minutes. Put the green onion and garlic and mix well to get out of the pot.

The serving is simple and delicious!
Tips:
If the water is not enough during the cooking process, you can add it again. When the noodles have only a little white core left in the middle, you can turn off the heat and simmer.
