Braised Noodles with Homemade Beans
1.
Wash the green beans and cut into small sections, cut the green onion into 4 slices, and cut the garlic into the minced garlic. Separate the fat and lean pork, and marinate the lean meat with starch and oil!
2.
Squeeze the fat over a low heat, wait for the fat to turn golden brown, fry the marinated meat in the pan, and put an appropriate amount of light soy sauce to color it!
3.
Stir-fry the green beans, green onions, 1/2 garlic, and meat, add some salt, stir fry for a while, pour boiling water over the green beans, cover the pot and simmer!
4.
Sit in a pot of water, wait for the water to boil, spread the fresh noodles evenly on the steamer in the pot, cover the pot and steam for 10 minutes!
5.
When there is 1/2 of the water left for simmering kidney beans in the wok, spread the steamed noodles on the four carob beans, cover the pot and simmer until a little bit of soup remains, sprinkle the remaining minced garlic, and stir with chopsticks Evenly!
Tips:
1. Steamed noodles are more chewy!
2. I didn't mention the amount of ingredients. Putting more beans and less beans is not a big problem. The noodles are decided according to their own consumption!
