Braised Noodles with Pork and Beans

Wash the beans, eggplant, and potatoes, cut into sections, soak in cold water and set aside

Chop tomatoes, peppers, green onions, ginger, garlic and set aside

Cut pork belly into strips and set aside

Put an appropriate amount of salad oil in the pot and heat the oil over the heat

When the oil is hot, add pork belly, aniseed, and peppercorns and stir fry until the meat changes color

Put the ingredients prepared in the second step into the pot and stir fry

Add a little soy sauce to color

Add the vegetables prepared in step 1 and stir fry, add appropriate amount of water to soak the vegetables and then cover the pot
9.
Spread the noodles evenly on the fried vegetables in the previous step, simmer for 6-8 minutes on medium heat, and mix well.
