Braised Noodles with Pork and Vegetables

Prepare the noodles, wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices, wash the vegetables and cut into sections.

Boil water in a pot, add some salt, and cook the noodles until 8 minutes are cooked

Remove, stir with oil and set aside

Heat oil in the pan, put down the ginger, stir-fry the pork belly

When the meat turns color, add sugar, cooking wine, sweet noodle sauce and stir well

Add some water and simmer for about 15 minutes

Put the noodles

Simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes (simmer until the sauce thickens)

Add green vegetables, salt, minced garlic, and chopped green onion.

Stir-fry on medium heat until the vegetables are cooked before serving.
