Braised Noodles with Pork Belly and Beans

Cut the beans into small pieces, slice the pork belly, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and chopped green onion to marinate

Stir-fry the five-spice powder with onion and garlic in a hot pan, stir-fry the pork belly until the pork belly is browned, add 2 spoons of soy sauce and 2 spoons of cooking wine

Add the beans and continue to stir-fry, wait for the green beans to simmer in hot water for 10 minutes, and scoop out a bowl of soup for later use

When the beans are cooked, add the noodles and drizzle the soup

Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes

When the noodles are cooked through, put 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon.
Tips:
The soup and heat of this dish are the key. It is best to reserve more soup so that it can be added to it if it is not enough. Keep the fire simmering and simmer, and the high heat is the right thing to collect the juice.
