Braised Noodles with Pork Belly and String Beans

Ingredients: noodles, green beans (picked and washed), carrots (washed, peeled and sliced), pork belly (washed and sliced), garlic slices

Pour the oil in the pan to heat, add the pork belly and stir fry until the color changes.

Then, add garlic slices, green beans and carrots and stir fry.

Then, add 1 scoop of cooking wine.

Add 3 spoons of soy sauce.

Add 1 scoop of oyster sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Flip it to boil.

Then, put the noodles in, cover and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
