Braised Noodles with Pork Ribs

Soak the thawed ribs in cold water for half an hour, pour out the bleeding water, rinse the ribs with water several times

Cut corn into sections, and cut carrots into pieces for later use

Boil a pot of water, blanch the ribs in boiling water and remove them for later use.

Prepare scallion, ginger, garlic, peanuts, peppercorns and star anise

Put the oil and sugar on a medium heat. Heat the oil. The sugar turns red. Add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, and peanuts. Put the pork ribs in the sauce and stir fry for 8 minutes
