Braised Noodles with Pork Ribs

Then put in the water, add enough water at one time, a little more is okay, don’t miss it, and add the braised soy sauce to add color and fragrance

The potatoes are peeled, washed, and cut into hob pieces. I made it for three people and used two large potatoes

The carrots are also cut into large pieces. The amount of carrots is at your discretion, I put the same amount as potatoes

After the ribs are boiled, they are simmered in a low heat for 20 ens. Then, add potatoes and carrots, and add salt to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes

At this time, put the dried noodles, do not move, cook and stew for a few minutes, then use chopsticks to move it, and it will not stick.

Tips:
The soup for the stewed ribs must be added all at once, not afterwards. If the soup is really lacking, add boiling water instead of cold water.
If you use potatoes and carrots as I do, you should cut the two ingredients into large pieces, not small pieces, or the stew will mix with the soup, and the noodles will not taste good. Generally, the potatoes will be cooked in 20 minutes, so the noodles will be cooked and stewed for 10 minutes. When all the ingredients are cooked together, the soup will not be muddy.
