Today’s lunch made the braised bean curd noodles with dried shrimps, scallops, and mushrooms. What a delicious braised noodles!

Braised Noodles with Three Fresh Beans

1. Wash the beans and pick them into small pieces by hand

2. Shrimp and scallops are soaked in rice wine in advance

3. Soaked scallops are crushed with the back of a knife

4. Mushrooms cut into small pieces

5. In a frying pan, sauté the white onion and minced garlic

6. First add the scallops and stir-fry the dried shrimps

7. Add the beans and stir fry

8. Add sliced mushrooms and stir well

9. Add a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce

10. Add some oyster sauce

11. Add some light soy sauce

12. I also added some sugar and stir-fry

13. Add some water and cook

14. I use dried noodles, so I boiled it with boiling water in advance and then remove it

15. After the soup in the pot is boiled, spread the noodles evenly on top of the beans, turn to low heat and simmer with a lid

16. When simmering until the juice is almost dry, drizzle with sesame oil, stir evenly and then take it out of the pan

Tips:

The ingredients inside are adjusted by yourself, because dried shrimps, scallops and various sauces, I didn't add salt!
